A 20 second CT scan can help detect
lung cancer usually before it is visible on a standard X-ray and in
many cases before there are noticeable symptoms. It's painless,
noninvasive and no special preparation is necessary. If you are a smoker, former smoker (recommended for those with a
history of 10 pack-years or greater*) or have been exposed to
significant secondhand smoke, please consider taking advantage of
this important screening for lung cancer.
*10 pack-years translates to
smoking one-half pack a day for 20 years, one pack a day for 10
years, two packs a day for five years, etc.
A PHYSICIAN’S ORDER
IS REQUIRED.
Payment is due on
the day of screening (cash, check or credit card)
