Health Insurance Marketplace
One of our values at Dearborn County Hospital is to provide education based on community needs. An important topic right now is health insurance. With the Affordable Care Act (ACA), you have different options when it comes to your health insurance. The Health Insurance Marketplace provides a range of affordable insurance options for people without coverage. To improve the health of our families and friends in our community, we want to provide you with information so that you can choose which option best suits you and/or your family's needs.
I don't have health insurance, how can DCH help?
Dearborn County Hospital has a Certified State Navigator, Louise Burress, BSS, SSD, to assist the uninsured with obtaining information about health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace. In addition, Louise is available to review other health insurance options such as Medicaid and Indiana's HIP program (Health Indiana Plan).
