Bereavement & Volunteer Coordinator
Part-Time, 32 hrs. per 2 week pay period
Bachelors Degree in Social Work required or Bachelors in Psychology, Counseling, Pastoral Education or related field. Previous hospice experience a plus. Two years of experience in dealing with grief and loss counseling required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention for details required. Must have current driver’s license and dependable transportation.
The Bereavement/Volunteer Coordinator ensures the overall administration and implementation of bereavement and volunteer services provided before and after the death of the hospice client. Responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating and supervising all the activities of the Hospice Bereavement Program.
