Dearborn County Hospital is addressing the shortage of healthcare professionals in a creative and exciting way!  DCH is inviting the community to help in recruiting personnel through its Community Healthcare Referral Award program to meet its current needs and to prepare for future growth.  The following healthcare professionals are needed for current and/or future positions.

• Registered Nurses

• Radiology (X-ray) and other Imaging Technologists

• Medical Laboratory Technologists

• Respiratory Care Professionals

• Operating Room (Surgical) Technologists

• Physical Therapists

• Physical Therapy Assistants

• Pharmacists

DCH employees are already participating in a referral program and now we are including area residents as a potential recruitment source.  Do you know someone whose Healthcare Profession is listed above?  If you do and successfully "recruit" that individual to apply for employment at DCH and your referee is hired for a full or part-time position you will receive $2,500 as a Community Healthcare Referral Award.  You even have the option of sharing part of the award with the person you refer!  Click on the link below for a complete list of eligibility requirements.

To be eligible for the $2,500 Community Healthcare Referral Award, the form below must be completed and received by the Human Resources Department at Dearborn County Hospital and all eligibility requirements must be met.
