DOCTORS SETTLE INTO
NEW PROFESSIONAL BUILDING ACROSS ROAD FROM HOSPITAL
Two groups of physicians recently relocated
their practices to the new professional building located across
Wilson Creek Road from Dearborn County Hospital.
Now occupying the new building, known as the
DCH Professional Building II, are Internists Jane Blinzler, M.D.,
and Nancy Kennedy, M.D., and Internist/Pulmonary and Critical Care
Medicine Physician Carol Montjoy, M.D. These physicians are located
in Suite 101 on the upper floor of the two level building. Also on
the upper level in Suite 102 is the office of Family Medicine
Physicians C. Robert Claydon, M.D., and Steven Langdon, M.D.
The Sleep Management Institute also plans to
relocate from its current location in Aurora’s Library Court Medical
Arts Building to Suite 01 on the ground level of the new facility
later this summer.
Located at 605 Wilson Creek Road, the DCH
Professional Building II is comprised of 20,000 square feet divided
between two floors. Both the upper level in front and the ground
level in back have their own set of entrances and parking areas.
Entrances and parking for the upper level are even with Wilson Creek
Road, while walk-in entrances and parking for the ground floor
offices are on a lower level at the rear of the building. A total
of 148 parking spaces are available for visitors to the building.
“Both our patients and staff are extremely
pleased with our new offices,” stated Dr. Blinzler. “The entire
area is more spacious and inviting. We also have additional space
in which to see patients along with a larger clinical work area and
more storage.”
“The new professional building has allowed us
to expand and upgrade several of our existing physician offices.
More importantly, it also provides us with the vacant office space
necessary to recruit new physicians to the area,” explained Roger
Howard, DCH Director of Clinical Services and Facilities.
Champlin Architecture of Cincinnati designed
the new professional building, which was constructed by
Bruns-Gutzwiller, Inc., of Batesville.
