LONG TIME DCH EMPLOYEES RECOGNIZED AT BANQUET

Dearborn County Hospital hosted its Employee Recognition Banquet at the Hollywood Casino Party Room. The yearly event thanks employees for their dedication and years of service to the hospital. 

DCH staff members were honored with awards for reaching 40, 35, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10 or 5 years of employment.  Individuals reaching these milestones were given a DCH Service Award pin.  In addition, those with 25, 30, 35 or 40 years of employment were presented with special gifts.

Peter V. Resnick, Executive Director of Dearborn County Hospital, thanked the employees for their loyalty and dedication to the hospital and its patients.  “We can always count on you to go the extra mile to assist our patients, their families and visitors.   Your commitment and service to DCH is greatly appreciated,” he said.

The evening’s entertainment was by comedian Randy Montgomery, who has performed at the Employee Recognition Banquet several times, yet each year comes up with fresh material for his audience.

Individuals who have been employed by DCH for at least 25 years receive special gifts.  Christina Eckstein and Beverly Massey were presented with engraved silver trays for their 25 years at DCH.

Thirty year employees receiving brass mantel clocks were Marsha Acra, Linda Anderson, Lori Brookbank, Bruce Canfield, Shari Cox, Mary Harig, Linda Harrell, Shirley Heyob, Linda Schwartz, Corine Terrill and Linda Todd.

For 35 years of service, Sheila Beatty, Cindy Dawson, Barbara Harrell, Carolyn Martini, Doris Meister and Becky Rohrig received engraved Bulova watches.

Linda Brandt, Pat Cradler, Paula Rudolph and Gayle Slayback were awarded Waterford crystal bowls for 40 years of service to DCH.

DCH retirees Margaret Baird, Pat Cradler, Rudolph Donath, M.D., Carol Gillespie, Dolly Hopper, Marian Pratt, Corine Terrill and Pam Werner were presented with plaques depicting Dearborn County Hospital.
